DocuWare to Exhibit at eCopy Paper Connection Forum 2007
Newburgh, NY – DocuWare, a leader in the Integrated Document Management industry, will be exhibiting its CONNECT to eCopy integration module and the latest release of DocuWare, Version 5.1, at the eCopy Paper Connection Forum 2007 in Miami FL on May 15-17.
Using DocuWare CONNECT to eCopy provides the capability to easily integrate paper documents into the integrated document management product suite from DocuWare. The connector is designed to make it very easy for today’s knowledge worker to simply copy (scan) a paper document and manage it, right at the capturing device. An individual may quickly and easily create a paper-based workflow or add to an existing workflow or business process, provided they have the appropriate rights. CONNECT to eCopy supports any networked multi function device that supports eCopy software. Additional features include pre-defined storage menus and select lists for simplified storage.
Greg Schloemer, President of DocuWare Corporation, will be on hand to exhibit these two compatible products. “eCopy provides the user an easy to use, simple, walk-up interface to manage documents and initiate a paper-based workflow using DocuWare – the key to increasing productivity for any company,” said Schloemer.
The new DocuWare release has enhanced synchronization, workflow, security and mobility features to further respond to the needs of the market. Yet the operation, installation and administration of the software remain simple and maintain DocuWare’s well known low Total Cost of Ownership.
