Embedded Cost Recovery Now Available for eCopy ShareScan

nQueue, a provider of software accountability solutions, announced the first integrated solution that enables professional services firms to account for and allocate costs of copies, faxes, scans, and prints from the same touch panel used for operating eCopy ShareScan. nQueue Embedded for eCopy ShareScan software solution resides on the eCopy ScanStation hardware, allowing customers to track and recover costs for using their Canon digital copier.

The nQueue Embedded for eCopy solution is software that resides on the existing eCopy hardware, eliminating the need for additional hardware and network drops, resulting in an overall reduction in maintenance, support and hardware costs.”

Unlike other cost recovery solutions that are hardware centric and proprietary, nQueue’s solutions provide a software based, open architecture that better integrates with changing technology and better anticipates future requirements. The nQexpense Recovery Suite specifically addresses the need to track, manage, and bill back expenses associated with copies, prints, faxes, scans and other disbursements. The Suite accommodates both the production department and walk-up activity for all services, seamlessly integrating associated business data. It can be configured to report by user, department, project, client, device, or any way the user defines the environment. Account validation and user identification intelligence help to ensure the accuracy of the data.
