FMAudit Launches Win-Win Corporate Program

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – FMAudit, a leading provider of Managed Print Services technology, announce the official launch of the win-win Corporate Program.

The Corporate Program builds upon the success of Viewer USB. It fulfils the digital promise of strategically migrating from Rapid Print Assessment and periodic metering to ongoing assessment, fully automated metering and enterprise print management. The program is simple, cost-effective and scaleable.

It includes unlimited licenses of OnSite, which is fully automated data collection, and WebAudit, which is a dealer-branded, 100% browser-based application. WebAudit is the most non-intrusive data capture application available on the market. No key to plug-in. No software to load.

Security and confidentiality is a fundamental guiding principle when developing FMAudit technology and programs. The Corporate Program employs this standard because the technology leveraged is not a typical Application Solution Provider (ASP) model. In other words, the data collected is secure and confidential because it stays between the end-customer and the dealer.

”We architected our core patent-pending technology to provide our users options when engaging customers while simultaneously facilitating the effortless migration from assessment to metering to management,” stated Kevin Tetu, VP of Technology with FMAudit. “The Corporate Program was born as a result of combining unrestricted software licenses with our innovative Adaptive Service Management and bi-directional synchronization features with ERP systems.”

At its core, the program establishes a win-win arrangement. Regardless of quantity of devices, it is only $0.50 per managed asset per month, and free for non-managed (competitive) assets per month1. The user’s financial exposure is non-existent, simply because if the user does not bill the end-customer, they are not billed for use of the software.

The managed asset data is seamlessly submitted into the dealers existing back-end infrastructure for accurate and timely billing. Concurrently, the non-managed (competitive) asset data is delivered to the sales team to target competitive knock-out and/or incorporate those assets under a Managed Print Services program.
