F.W. Dodge Signs Five-Year Contract With Xerox
F.W. Dodge, a unit of McGraw-Hill Cos., recently signed a five-year services contract with Xerox. Under the terms of the agreement, Xerox will provide F.W. Dodge with document conversion services, digitizing their plans and specifications via an ASP model. The agreement will help construction.com quickly upload construction documents for rapid access, retrieval and use by F.W. Dodge's subscriber base.
In similar news: Xerox recently renewed its outsourcing agreement with VHA, Inc., a nationwide network of community-owned healthcare systems and physicians. Xerox projects that the deal will generate annual revenue in excess of $93 million when combined with an existing contract with Novation; the supply chain company of VHA and the University Health System Consortium. Xerox will offer VHA's 2,100 members the tools needed to maintain and improve knowledge management and document processing efforts. For example, Xerox will help members manage policy and procedure manuals, and organize training processes and facilitating credentials processing.
