gDocScan Integrates with Kyocera HYPAS ® Enabled MFP’s

Hoover AL (April 25, 2011) - Executive Technologies, Inc., the developer of gDocScan Document Management software, today announced that gDocScan has been integrated with Kyocera HYPAS ® enabled multifunctional products (MFP’s), allowing users to scan and index documents directly to Google’s ® Cloud.

“You can scan, OCR and index documents directly from Kyocera HYPAS enabled MFP’s to Google’s Cloud using gDocScan”, said Jim Geer, President of Executive Technologies

“gDocScan reduces time spent finding, copying and organizing paper and digital documents by organizing them with user-defined indexes. Leveraging Kyocera’s HyPAS, SearchExpress users can scan and index documents from the Kyocera MFP’s touch screen display. Your documents are securely hosted, in the Cloud, in Google ® Docs.”

“You can search your documents by user-defined index fields, such as customer name and document type, as well as the OCR'ed text. gDocScan is particularly suited to organizations with multiple locations, because you can scan from the
multiple locations to the Google Cloud and everyone from any location can search and view the documents."

gDocScan is operational on Windows 2008/7/XP/Vista/2003 platforms.
