Global Document Solutions Inc. Extends eDMS Offerings Gdox Lite System
Global Document Solutions Inc. President Mark Welfred and VP of Business Development Mark Wilson have added to their eDMS solution portfolio by introducing a “Gdox Lite” configuration.
The new configuration will promote growth for all Gdox Dealer Partners in establishing new market segments for document management applications.
“We feel with this addition to our eDMS line-up and the growing demand to implement document management solutions in varying marketplaces, we have now given our Dealer Partners the opportunity to deploy a Gdox solution in businesses that may have not considered a document management strategy before,” explained Welfred.
The system will have the same interface and be powered by the same patent pending engine that is found in the already well- established enterprise wide Gdox Server System.
“We are now providing a secure, stable and scalable solution for an entirely new marketplace by acknowledging sensitive price points for those Gdox Lite opportunities,” added Wilson.
Gdox Targets Legal Market
Global Document Solutions Inc. has introduced a legal market application driven, solution to its portfolio.
“The Legal Module will be integrated into the same interface as the Gdox Server System. This allows Legal oriented businesses to utilize all functions of the market driven solution including compiling an Affidavit of Documents or Medical Brief in less than two minutes; importing transcripts with automatic page and line integrity and locating valuable terms; as well as passage or notes regarding a case that were made by anyone in the firm. Other employees and Administrative staff can utilize the document management functionality of the Gdox eDMS Server System at the same time, creating a true enterprise solution,” Wilson said.
.net Programming Enhances Existing Technology
All Gdox technology will be written and programmed in .net. The new .net version will be available in all of the company’s eDMS (electronic document management system) Gdox configurations.
Welfred said: “We have taken the initiative and developed Gdox in .net. We want to be developing our technology constantly and taking this step where most other providers of eDMS technologies have not…sending a message to our Dealer Partners and potential partners that we are ahead of the curve in the document management industry.”
