GreatAmerica Announces inTune® Program BTA Member Discount
Cedar Rapids, IA (May 9, 2011) – GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation announced it will provide special inTune Customer Satisfaction Program member pricing for the Business Technology Association (BTA). InTune is a customer survey tool that helps dealers discover strengths, identify opportunities for improvement and achieve higher customer service. In addition, new inTune customers can also receive the first three months of survey work free when they sign a one year contract by August 31, 2011. This introductory offer results in a 25% savings over the first year.
“InTune is a survey program designed to help dealers gain better insight into customer satisfaction,” said Jennie Fisher, GreatAmerica Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Office Equipment Group. “Dealers receive monthly reports on key sales and service areas which result in better customer care and profitability.”
InTune is a GreatAmerica program administered by a third party market research company. Surveys are administered weekly or bi-weekly via web interface and reports are provided monthly to the dealer.
"Given BTA's close alliance with GreatAmerica, we are particularly pleased to be able to now offer the InTune program at a discount to our members," said BTA Executive Director Brent Hoskins. "As does the dealer community, we hold GreatAmerica in high regard and appreciate the company's ongoing efforts to help strengthen the dealer channel through its programs and initiatives."
