GreatAmerica to Host MPS Navigator Executive Team Business Planning Sessions in 2011

Cedar Rapids, IA (Feb. 10, 2011)- GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation will host Managed Print Services (MPS) Navigator Executive Team Business Planning sessions for office equipment dealers in 2011.  The initial schedule includes sessions April 5-6 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, June 21-22 in Atlanta, Georgia, and November 8-9 in Los Angeles, California.

“The Navigator Business Planning sessions deliver a proven process and associated tools to complete a comprehensive business plan and model for MPS success,” said Jennie Fisher, GreatAmerica Senior Vice President and General Manager. “Navigator is not just another training presentation; these are working sessions for executive leaders to craft their business plan, assign accountability, and create a timeline to implement and grow their MPS business.”

 This two day session guides dealer executive teams through a step by step development of a business model and operational structure, selection of MPS infrastructure resources, marketing strategies, sales force engagement, compensation, and a go-to-market strategy. Dealer executive teams will collaborate and work in break-out sessions to reach key decisions and document them in a take-home Navigator Training Manual. The session is facilitated by Steven Power of Sales & Marketing Solutions International.

Session fees are bundled to include three MPS decision makers from each dealer or reseller. The President / Owner, Chief Financial Officer, and Sales Manager are recommended to attend.
