GreatAmerica To Host MPS Navigator ‘Test Drive’ Webinar Series


Cedar Rapids, IA (May 2011) - GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation will host a Managed Print Services (MPS) Navigator Test Drive webinar series aimed at business executives evaluating their MPS program offering.  The webinars will offer leaders within office equipment dealerships the opportunity to preview the Executive Team Business Planning session and take a sneak peek at the MPS Navigator tool kit provided at the next session being held June 21-22 in Atlanta, Georgia.  

“This webinar series helps dealers evaluate the Navigator program, process, and associated tools to complete a comprehensive business plan and model for MPS success,” said Jennie Fisher, GreatAmerica Senior Vice President and General Manager. “Navigator is not just another training event; these are working sessions for executive leaders to craft their business plan, assign accountability, and create a timeline to implement and grow their MPS business.”

Greg VanDeWalker, Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships at GreatAmerica and Steven Power, President of Sales and Marketing Solutions International will present MPS Revenue Projections & Objective Setting on Monday, May 23, 2011. They will also present MPS Employee Compensation on Monday, June 6, 2011.  Mr. Power and Sarah Henderson, Director, Strategic Marketing at GreatAmerica, will present MPS Program Marketing & Branding on Friday, June 10, 2011.  All sessions will be held from 2:00 – 2:30 PM CST and are free for office equipment dealers and resellers.   Dealers can register for one or all of the sessions by visiting www.greatamerica.com/NavigatorTestDrive.

Webinar attendees receive a discount code good for $50 off tuition for the MPS Navigator Session on June 21-22, 2011, in Atlanta.  This two day session guides dealer executive teams through a step by step development of a business model and operational structure, selection of MPS infrastructure resources, marketing strategies, sales force engagement, and compensation.  Dealer executive teams will work in break-out sessions to reach key decisions and document them in a take-home Navigator Training Manual. The session is facilitated by Steven Power of Sales & Marketing Solutions International.
