Image1 Introduces Interactive Online Core Return Program
Plano, TX - Image1 is unveiling an easy-to-use interactive online core management portal that streamlines the core return process. Image1 customers can accurately manage the core return process, as well as access Image1 communication tools. The portal is just another example of Image1’s customer-centric focus.
“The core process in the industry has always been a complex issue for both customers and vendors,” said Brad Hansing, Image1’s Vice President and General Manager. “This program now allows our customers to take an active role in the core return process, eliminating confusion and errors, as well as stream-lining costs for both the customer and our company.”
Image1 customers can enter the number of cores on each open RMA, input
shipping/tracking information and add comments for each core shipment being
returned. With one click, the information is stored, a customized packing list
is generated, and the shipment is accessible on Image1’s website as ‘in transit’
until the cores arrive and are processed.
