Imaging Network's ITEX Show Announces the 2004 Dealer Business Forum
LAUDERDALE, FL—July 28, 2003— Kicking off the ITEX tradeshow is an
action-packed one-day dealer business forum designed by dealer consultants for
dealers. ITEX has partnered with three document technology market research and
consulting firms to provide a detailed analysis of the office technology markets
and a roadmap for future dealer success. Information packed presentations will
be made by Lou Slawetsky, President of Industry Analysts; Robert Sostilio,
President of Sostilio and Associates; and Richard Norton, President of
DocuTrends. These three industry veterans represent decades of experience
serving the information and consulting needs of our industry, especially those
of the independent dealer channel.
The one-day conference will bring a unique combination of analysis, forecast and practical experience to the audience. The conference will cover:
The changing business model of the office equipment/supplies dealer.
• Compensation plans for managing a sales force.
• Panel discussions with real purchasers to get firsthand responses to your questions from actual buyers.
• The role of color products in your future.
• Service strategies for the future.
• Selling strategies and Sales Action Plans.
Our intent is to make this session actionable for you, not just an academic exercise, so every presentation will have a "What's in it for Me?" section. Dealers will be able to take the information from these sessions and form an action plan when they return to their dealerships.
The ITEX 2004 show brings together copying, printing, scanning, document management and networking technologies with software, services, support and education. Attendees can visit with the industry’s premiere dealers and resellers as they canvas over 100,000 square feet of educational and trade show floor space. ITEX delivers over 100 hours of education covering nearly 40 different issues at the heartbeat of every dealership including service/sales management, industry analysis, administration, color solutions, document management, and new market opportunities.
