Imaging Portals Inc. Secures $3 Million Dollars in Third Round Funding
Imaging Portals Inc. has announced that it has completed a $3 million third round of funding from its venture partners, The Hillman Company, Apex Investment Partners and Trident Capital. Imaging Portals plans to use the funds for the continuing development and deployment of its ImageTrak™ Device-to-Business (d2B™) solution for the global document imaging industry. “The continued investment by our financial partners ensures IPI’s ability to deliver on the promise of d2B and provide a world-class solution to our customers,” said Mike Stramaglio, president and CEO of Imaging Portals.
“The economic environment of the last eighteen months has made it hard for many young technology companies to prosper. The new investment by our financial partners is a testament to the quality of our vision, the strength of our products and the determination of our people. We are excited to have the Hillman Company take a lead position in IPI and to receive on-going support from Apex and Trident.”
The Imaging Portals ImageTrak™ product suite allows for the remote management, diagnostics and repair of copiers and printers.
