Industry Expert Jeff Way to Show Dealers at ITEX How to Grow MPS Business
Provo, UT (February 28, 2011)- Jeff Way, former Director of Information Systems at Global Imaging Systems, will be giving a number of must-see presentations at the Digital Gateway Booth at ITEX 2011 this year. Jeff is recognized as an industry expert, with over 25 years working experience in the Office Equipment Industry. Jeff has provided service operations and inventory management consulting for over 40 companies, and has been a facilitator of several MPS and service management excellence training programs.
The presentations are scheduled for 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on both the 22nd and 23rd of March. Jeff will be presenting on MPS financial and operational maximization through industry best practices. “The goal of this presentation is to illustrate the clarity that has been brought to MPS financial and service benchmarks. I will also be demonstrating improved methods for tackling service productivity to maximize MPS service profitability”, said Jeff. “Dealers who understand how service productivity affects their ability to grow their MPS programs can in turn dramatically increase service profitability. These presentations will show them how.”
The presentations will be taking place on the ITEX show floor in Digital Gateway’s booth (Booth #215) and will last approximately 15 minutes with some time allotted afterward for questions and answers. Jeff Way’s presentations are open to all ITEX show attendees. In addition, Jeff is on the panel of experts for a Pre-Conference Service Workshop at ITEX, Monday, March 21 at 1:00 to 5:00 PM in a collaborative, interactive session for those that want to deep dive into service operations.
