Industry Veteran Bud Karakey Joins BEI Services, Inc. As Vice President of Operations
Cody, WY (March 26, 2009) – BEI Services, Inc. (BEI), an industry leader in the delivery of imaging equipment and service department benchmarking, tracking every service call for more than 1.3 million devices worldwide, has hired Bud Karakey as head of solutions and professional services sales, customer relations, solutions marketing and marketing communications.
Karakey becomes a sales and marketing leader responsible for growing BEI Services solutions portfolio and client base. He joins the company most recently from MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi), where he was vice president of alternate channel development. Prior to MWAi, Karakey was one of the founders and executives at Automated Dispatch Systems, Inc. (ADS) responsible for the management of its service dispatch solution implementation, training and customer support.

Karakey has over 15 years of experience providing customer service solutions and services to the office equipment industry in North America. His in-depth understanding of dealers’ customer service operation, office equipment industry solutions and established relationship with the dealer community was key to BEI Services’ decision to select him for this position.
