Ft. Lauderdale, FL (March 2010) – ITEX, the mega trade show for office technology and business solutions for the channel, announced today that ITEX 2010 clearly hit its mark with a solid turnout for its tenth annual event at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Despite the challenging economy, nearly 2,600 C-level decision makers: Dealers, VARs, ISVs, manufacturers, consultants, business owners and more arrived to network with exhibitors and attend the crowded education sessions, indicating that channel providers were seriously seeking credible information, platforms and product to address their current business needs.

Notably, ITEX delivered 25 Power Hour education sessions within five key tracks: Hybrid Dealer A & B on a myriad of topics; Document Solutions; Sales & Marketing, and Service. Two dynamic Managed Print Services Forums, held over three days to address all aspects of MPS, were led by key vendors and sponsors that included BEI Pros, Print Management Solutions Group, ECi, PrintFleet, FMAudit, Compass Sales Solutions, GreatAmerica Leasing, Parts Now!, LMI, DocuWare, Supplies Network, EFI, and Printer Essentials. Dealer surveys indicated top marks for education in both the general sessions and MPS Forums. The tally for overall vendor/manufacturer participation at the show was nearly 170 exhibitors. A Resource Pavilion and Hybrid Dealer Pavilion with collective services and product offerings in wide format, mailing systems, office supplies and more were featured on the exhibit floor for dealers to review and consider additional revenue streams.
