Jack Duncan Consulting (JDC) Announces New Partner
Little Rock, AK (January 2009) - Jack Duncan Consulting (JDC) announces the addition of Scott Foreman, formerly of Kyocera Mita, as a partner in JDC. Foreman brings almost 30 years of technical expertise as well as systems support background to allow JDC to add training for service technicians, enabling them to improve First Call Effectiveness through the use of proven call procedures as well as advanced troubleshooting training. Service Department Profitability begins with the ability to fix the equipment correctly on the first call while not troubleshooting with parts. Classes are planned at the JDC training facility in Little Rock, AK or on-the-road at the dealer’s facility.
Jack Duncan Consulting is a five year old firm and was one of the first of its kind to offer consulting and education aimed at improving productivity and proficiency in dealer service departments - which ultimately impacts bottom line profits. Among JDC’s offerings are the unique Service Managers University class designed to educate managers on the business aspects of service and how to drive profits based on Mr. Duncan’s more than 35 years of experience as a Service Manager and VP of Service. The program has had well over 100 attendees from all over the United States, Canada, Trinidad and The Bahamas. JDC is a member of BTA.
Through Foreman’s experience, JDC will offer advanced training for service technicians beyond factory training in order to enhance their ability to achieve First Call Effectiveness, ultimately increasing service profits and customer satisfaction. Plans are also in place to develop courses for connectivity as well.
Look for Jack Duncan as a speaker at ITEX’09’s education sessions held in March at the Las Vegas Convention Center, as well as BTA, CDA and SDG events.
