Jamex Introduces New Remote Software Support Services and a Redesigned Website

Ithaca, NY (August 2009) – Jamex, Inc., a leading provider of hardware and software solutions for vending and access control, today announced the launch of their redesigned web site and the introduction of new Remote Software Support Services.

Jamex has also added a new software support section. Now Jamex customers can experience even faster resolution to support issues using new Remote Software Support Services. These services include both incident resolution and new software installation. With remote incident resolution, Jamex technical support staff can gather diagnostic data and apply corrective action faster than ever before. New remote software installation tools give customers the option of having Jamex install print management, time management, or stored-value card management software right over the web.
