Imaging Fidelity, LLC announced the grand opening of its worldwide headquarters in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona. The launch of Imaging Fidelity (I-Fi) marks the inception of a specialty company in the office equipment industry. Strategically designed to bring together the expertise of highly tenured professionals from Japan and the United States, Imaging Fidelity seeks to help industry businesses worldwide increase distribution and expand the scope of their service and consultative offerings.

Mr. Yano, one of I-Fi’s founders, is well known in Japan as the president of Assist Engineering (AE), one of Asia’s leading toner cartridge remanufacturers. AE’s proprietary technologies have helped increase the company’s component recycling ratios while dramatically reducing product defect rates.
