Kofax Announces Transform 2008 Events in the Americas

Basingstoke, England (September 2, 2008) – Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announced its Transform 2008 partner and user events will be held in the Americas October 5-7 at the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas and in EMEA October 22-23 at the InterContinental Athenaeum in Athens, Greece. The conferences bring Kofax partners and users together to learn new products, solutions and strategies, share best practices and network with Kofax executives.

The events are designed to provide participants with the information, training and insights needed to expand Kofax's market position and assist in achieving its strategic revenue growth initiatives. This year marks the first time the Americas event is combined into a single conference location with attendees expected from the United States, Canada and Latin America.

“The Transform 2008 events are ideal opportunities for Kofax to meet with its partners and users to share mutual ideas about how to fully leverage the value of our solutions,” said Alan Kerr, Executive Vice President of Field Operations for Kofax. “The global capture market is expanding and evolving, and Kofax continues to be at the forefront. The conferences offer attendees an interactive forum for exchanging ideas, showcasing successes and learning more about how to take advantage of the newest advances in capture technology.”

Both Transform events feature two full days of general and breakout sessions, which include partner and customer presentations, networking opportunities and a partner technology showcase.
