Konica Minolta Business Solutions Unveils Color Digital Book Scanner

The color book scanner, backed by innovative software to support easy usage, offers information service professionals a superior, flexible easy-to-use system for scanning, sharing, saving and printing.

The PS7000C MKII is a comprehensive scanning solution for scanning books and magazines, legal and financial records, artwork, maps and 3D objects. Tailored for the needs of a wide range of government departments, public record keepers, libraries and museums, the newest book scanner from Konica Minolta features an exceptionally large scan area from 5.5” x 8.5” to 18” x 24” with a color scan speed 9.9 seconds or less.

Additionally, it is capable of face-up scanning to protect bindings and eliminate the need to lift, rotate or readjust originals. When equipped with Konica Minolta’s exclusive Image DIVA software, users have touch-screen control over all features allowing them to select scan mode, preview the image, and print to a printer or multifunctional product (MFPs – print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system) on their network. The PS7000C MKII also supports third-party coin and card vending device solutions, allowing users to pay directly for scans and prints.
