Kyocera Mita America Chooses e-automate to Manage Dealership Network
Provo, Utah—June 26, 2011: Kyocera Mita America (KMA), a leading manufacturer and provider of document imaging and document management systems, has successfully implemented e-automate dealership management software across their direct dealership network.
“We needed to standardize a system for all our locations and e-automate was the best fit for the needs of our subsidiaries,” said Ellen Sagui, IT solutions manager for KMA. “Overall I was pleased with the conversion process. Things went quite smoothly and we had no major issues.”
KMA has ten branch locations in the U.S. and Canada with 240 employees and over 100 technicians. KMA moved to e-automate once it became clear they would experience a significant return on their investment. “The two areas where we have seen the greatest ROI are service and inventory,” said Ellen. “The visibility e-automate gives us into our financial health is a big improvement over our former system.”
“More and more we are seeing a broader spectrum of dealers choose e-automate to help manage their business,” said Lon Price VP of Sales and Marketing at Digital Gateway. “We’re excited and honored to have Kyocera Mita America join the ranks of our e-automate users. We’re grateful to them for choosing e-automate and are committed to make the continual improvements necessary to keep their dealers on top.”
