Kyocera Mita Introduces Newest Version of KYOcapture

FAIRFIELD, NJ--Kyocera Mita America’s new KYOcapture v. 4.5, powered by AutoStore, is an upgraded version of KYOcapture Document Capture Workflow Solution that allows organizations to optimize workflow by enabling Kyocera multi-functional products (MFPs) to seamlessly capture, process and route paper or electronic-based documents to multiple locations and document management systems. The result is a document workflow process that is fast, smart and easy.

"MFPs can now act as the heartbeat of a modern company, pumping critical information out to all parts of the enterprise in a simple, reliable way," said Akisa Matsuda, product manager, software applications, Kyocera Mita America. "KYOcapture enables intuitive document management, allowing end users to accomplish vital tasks in less time and with less effort. KYOcapture results in less work and more productivity for business customers."

As open-architecture middleware, KYOcapture is designed to seamlessly integrate with existing or new document management systems, as a portal through which documents travel. Well-suited to the enterprise environment, KYOcapture enables businesses to realize increased efficiencies in their document workflow, as well as related cost savings. In addition, KYOcapture offers the flexibility to be easily adopted by users while maintaining a high level of control and security by administrators and IT managers.

KYOcapture 4.5 features enhanced functionality. A number of core components now come standard with the core server, including basic image management, encryption, PDF conversion, watermarking, workflow tracking and various route components.
