Lanier Worldwide Introduces Complete Line of Digital Duplicators for Productive, Low-Cost Printing
Worldwide, Inc. today launched a new family of digital products for affordable,
Lanier LDD 020, LDD 030, LDD 150 and LDD 180 Digital Duplicators combine the
speed and convenience of digital copying with the cost-effectiveness of
ink-based printing. All four systems are available immediately.
Lanier LDD 020 is a desktop system that prints up to 130 pages per minute at 300
dpi (300 x 400 dpi in fine mode). It features a quick-change-out ink cartridge,
so users can add spot colors to any document with ease. There are many standard
colors to choose from, as well as custom Pantone® inks, and a tint mode that
creates shading and gradations.
Lanier LDD 030 is a console model that prints up to 120 pages per minute at 300
dpi (300 x 400 dpi in fine mode). It offers the same color printing options as
the LDD 020, but it can scan and print a wider range of document sizes -- from
3.5" x 5.8" to 12.8" x 17.6".
Lanier LDD 150 is a desktop system that prints up to 120 pages per minute at 400
dpi. It also offers 400 dpi scanning for sharp, clean edges and accurate,
well-defined halftones. A separate, optional unit provides two-color, one-pass
duplication and enables users to print multi-color documents in half the normal
Lanier LDD 180 is a desktop system that delivers up to 120 pages per minute at
600 dpi. To achieve this level of image quality, the LDD 180 combines
advancements in paper feeding, master burning and ink laydown with a unique
dual-cylinder design that emulates a traditional offset press. It offers the
same optional two-color, one-pass unit as the LDD 150.

to work just like conventional copiers. They feature a familiar LED control
panel, and a platen design that allows users to duplicate images from books,
