Laser Concepts, Inc. Announces A New Cartridge Collection Partnership with The Wild Animal Sanctuary
DENVER - Laser Concepts, a premier empty cartridge broker for the remanufacturing industry, is pleased to announce a new cartridge collection program benefiting The Wild Animal Sanctuary (http://www.wildlife-sanctuary.org).
The Wild Animal Sanctuary has been rescuing exotic wildlife and endangered species since 1980, and is currently home to more than 155 Lions, Tigers, Bears, Jaguars, Leopards, Mountain Lions, Lynx, Bobcats, Servals, Wolves, and other wildlife. The Sanctuary works closely with City, State, and Federal Agencies, to provide relief when they confiscate animals... but with over 20,000 large exotics living outside of our zoo system today - and hundreds of those being bred year after year, you can imagine the size of the problem The Sanctuary faces.
Even though The Sanctuary runs primarily on volunteer help - it still costs a fortune to care for these special animals. Each year The Sanctuary spends over $300,000 on food alone, and another $300,000 on everything from Electricity to Propane to Insurance and tons of other expenses associated with running a large sanctuary like this. This Cartridge Collection Program will add needed donations to this excellent facility
Pat Craig, Director, said, “I am very excited to be involved in this new partnership as it is a unique way for people to help raise funds for The Sanctuary. Through donations to our Cartridge Collection Program, we collect everything from small inkjet cartridges, to large laser printer cartridges, to copy machine toner cartridges”. Each cartridge is worth a certain amount of money (based on many different factors). Laser Concepts then pays The Sanctuary the proceeds from the collection of these cartridges.
