Sales Rep Connect is a Web enabled, rules based sales force module built to increase productivity and efficiency as an add-on to the rich distribution functionality in the MBS Dev Wholesale Distribution Suite. Sales Rep Connect is a value-adding solution facilitating outside sales teams to access real-time customer data, pricing, inventory and ordering through any web connection.
Sales Rep Connect allows outside sales teams ability to access customer account activity. Sales people can remotely pull activity data including last payment date, last statement date, balance due, overdue amounts and more. Sales representatives are empowered in the field with complete access to customer sales histories including sales totals, cost totals, cash received, invoice data, profit dollars and margin percentages. Information can be broken down into common date ranges such as month to date, year to date and previous year. If authorized, sales people can change customer pricing models.
Adding to MBS Dev’s products suite focused on the Wholesale Distribution Industry, Sales Rep Connect is designed to assist a sales force in the field and anywhere they have Internet access. Sales Rep Connect is designed to empower the outside sales team and makes placing orders, tracking shipments, researching order history and viewing critical customer sales and account statistics quick and efficient, which will improve overall customer satisfaction. The Sales Rep Connect solution allows sales teams to bypass a direct ERP logon and creates considerable savings for the company on license fees while increasing productivity.
