Metrofuser launched its new INST@LERT Notification Service today, providing customers with unprecedented visibility into their parts tracking process. Metrofuser’s INST@LERT service allows customers to track inbound and outbound parts from the moment that they place an order to the time their transaction has been completed.
The moment a customer places an order with Metrofuser, the INST@LERT parts notification system automatically generates an order confirmation e-mail followed by shipping-tracking notifications. Order tracking e-mails that contain order tracking numbers are synchronized with shipping carriers, providing the customer with easy one-click tracking status updates.
INST@LERT automatically generates reminder notices that inform customers of outstanding cores and due dates. Subsequent alerts by way of e-mail will notify the customer of pending cores charges. Finally, Weekly Core Statements offer customers a big-picture view of returned parts and the status of outstanding cores.
