Metrofuser Opens Technology Center in New Jersey

Roselle NJ (July 31, 2008) -  Laser printer parts manufacturer Metrofuser has announced the opening of their state-of-the-art Technology Center in Roselle, New Jersey. The Technology Center will serve as Metrofuser’s corporate headquarters and enhance the company’s ability to meet the technology planning, procurement and deployment needs of service companies and large enterprises throughout the country.

“With the expansion and exceptional performance of our sales team over the last three years, our market-share has more than doubled, and we simply outgrew the old facility,” said Ken Lang, Director of Sales at Metrofuser, “we were literally bursting at the seams there.”

The new location boasts three-times the current warehouse space, will enable Metrofuser to double its remanufacturing production and will include the implementation and expansion of the following departments within Metrofuser:

a.. Research and Development: Metrofuser’s new R &D Laboratory will ensure that the company remains ahead of the curve when introducing new products and improving upon current ones.

b.. Sales and Customer Service: With an expanded sales and customer service area, Metrofuser will be able to accommodate its local customers with fast and reliable pickup service, including an expanded customer pickup area, as well as continuing its best-in-class personalized customer service .

c.. Expanded Environmentally Controlled Production area: All production will now take place in a carefully maintained, climate-controlled room, which will further simplify the task of maintaining the high quality standards that Metrofuser has become known for. Product production will surely be doubled.

d.. East Coast Training Facility: Popular demand resulting from the introduction of our training center at Metrofuser’s West Coast facility affirmed the need for an East Coast training facility. The new East Coast training facility will be at the heart of the new technology center.

"The expansion of our operations at our Corporate Headquarters in the east will enable us to significantly increase production and guarantee our ability to continue to support the rapid growth that we are experiencing in the west,” said Eric Katz, President and CFO of Metrofuser, “This expansion reinforces our commitment to our customers and partners on both coasts,” Katz added.

Will DeMuth, President and CEO of Metrofuser agrees with Katz, “We will continue to grow our business and invest heavily in our people, processes and facilities nationwide.” DeMuth adds, “With our new expansion and training facilities on each coast, our customers will benefit from having the most comprehensive training and technical support available in the industry at their fingertips.”

In association with the move, Metrofuser has also retained the services of a Remote Data Systems Backup and Recovery service in which all critical data is regularly backed up at a secure, remote site to ensure the integrity of its data and customer records.

To celebrate the office opening, Metrofuser will hold a special technology day on October 20th. The company's management and members of its local sales and engineering teams will be on-hand to provide its customers, partners, and the interested public with tours, key technology updates, demonstrations and discussions.
