Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE) Announces Certifications & Expansion
Van Nuys, CA (October 2008)– Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE), the industry leader for quality compatibles, announces their ISO 9001 certification and ISO 14001 Environmental certification.
ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies. Some of the requirements in ISO 9001 include a set of procedures that cover key processes including: keeping adequate records; regular reviewing individual processes checking output for quality, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary, and the quality system itself for facilitating continual improvement.
The ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) is an internationally accepted specification for environmental management systems created by the International Organization for Standardization to help organizations minimize how their operations affect the environment and comply with related laws, regulations and requirements. MSE has achieved the prestigious ISO 14001 accreditation, exemplifying their current and future commitment to the environment.
“For nearly 15 years, MSE has been an environmentally conscious company.” said Avi Wazana, CEO. “The nature of our company’s line of business makes us a large scale recycler. Not only do we prevent millions of spent toner and inkjet cartridges from potentially entering our landfills every year, MSE also recycles more than 1.7 million pounds of manufacturing scrap annually.
Expanding Color Production
“With the color market growing so quickly, there is a high demand for quality color compatibles” said Avi Wazana, CEO. “We have been able to utilize our Patented Technologies to mimic OEM color quality and we back our MSE Brand color compatibles with a full three year warranty. We are one of the few companies still producing the HP 5500 color compatibles and our latest matched system for the HP 2600 is getting an overwhelming response. With the aftermarket only having 5% market share, the opportunity for color is incredible.” In addition, “One third of our production lines are dedicated to the production of high-quality color compatibles” added Yoel Wazana.
