MLI Integrated Graphics Solutions and PrintSoft Partner to Bring Cutting Edge Web Collaboration to Enterprise Clients

Chicago, I - PrintSoft has announced that MLI Integrated Graphics Solutions and PrintSoft have entered into a partnership agreement that extends web collaboration capabilities to business users among MLI's client base. With the addition of PrintSoft WebDirect to MLI's technology infrastructure and the joint expertise the two companies leverage together, MLI is well-positioned to deliver tailored, innovative marketing solutions to the organizations they serve.

MLI, based in Tampa, Florida, has a wide range of design, print, data, mailing and software solutions, but the company's focus extends well beyond those areas. MLI strives to understand customer trends and creates individual offerings intended to foster long-term customer loyalty. To this end, MLI has consistently invested in enabling technology and expertise to drive innovation, add value to its offerings, and provide tangible benefits to its customers.

As a PrintSoft Innovation Partner, MLI will be working closely with PrintSoft to integrate WebDirect into its fast-paced business environment, giving business users self-service capability to manage and revise both content and business rules for personalized documents. MLI will also contribute to development efforts on PrintSoft WebDirect by participating in pre-release evaluations and providing input and suggestions for future software enhancements.

"We have an existing web-based infrastructure called E-Fillment Solutions that enables us to design and produce sophisticated personalized campaigns for our clients with PrintSoft NewLEAF," says Ralph Del Rio, MLI's CFO/CIO. "By partnering with PrintSoft, we are bringing a new level of online capability to our clients. PrintSoft WebDirect provides an easy-to-use interface where clients can manage document changes on their own. This is a major plus in streamlining content revision. Our clients are excited about this."

MLI expects to offer custom solutions based on WebDirect to a variety of its corporate clients for applications ranging from direct marketing and loyalty mailings to transpromotional documents and booklets. "Our clients range from insurance, financial, and healthcare companies to auto dealers and nationwide retailers," says Del Rio. "Some clients need better online workflows for change or compliance approvals, some need the ability to have certain users revise content regularly in very targeted spaces within a document, and some need the ability for easy content update, version management and tracking. WebDirect provides both the ease-of-use and the versatility to offer all of these." "Having worked closely with MLI over the past two years to bring personalization capability to its impressive client base, we have been in a unique position to see first-hand MLI's ability to take new initiatives from experimental to a core part of its business offering," comments Dan Sheedy, President of PrintSoft Americas. "We are confident that partnering with MLI will bring mutually beneficial experience to both companies and leading-edge solutions to clients."
