MWA Intelligence, Inc. Establishes Business Advisory Board
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (April 24, 2008) – MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi), a leader in enterprise-class M2M (machine-to-machine) and M2P (machine-to-people) solutions and services, has established a business advisory board in order to create new business strategies, generate partnerships and third-party relationships, and fuel overall growth opportunities. The Business Advisory Board will run parallel to our Dealer Advisory Council and we are looking forward to growing new ideas and relationships as an outgrowth from both important groups.
Since its inception, the company has been on the fast track for expansion and growth, and is confident this latest move will further bolster an aggressive plan to expand its product portfolio, customer base and distribution channels.
“The MWA Intelligence Advisory Board was formed with a single mission in mind: to gather a group of highly-influential individuals with great business credentials who are willing to assist MWAi expeditiously achieve a broad range of business goals,” said Michael T. Stramaglio, CEO and President of MWA Intelligence, Inc. “We are extremely honored to have been able to assemble such a powerful team and are confident they will provide much needed and appreciated insight for our organization.”
MWAi Advisory Board members have each been appointed for their specific areas of expertise and are positioned to offer a systematic and coordinated method of gathering feedback and collaborating on opportunities on an ongoing basis. For example, Mathew Alagna, CEO, All Truck Transportation Company, will focus on New Vertical Market Expansion. Earl Lanna, Partner, Robb Evans & Associates, will provide guidance regarding Accounting, Finance, Auditing and Corporate Law. Sal Cimbolo, held positions as Executive Vice president of Hitachi Koki, Ricoh Corp, Monroe, Saxon and was President of Business World Technologies. Sal is presently President of Friends of Golf, will be charged with Networking and Business Development in the Office Equipment market. And, Tom Chiarella, President, Smart Structures, Inc., will be tapped for his ability to deliver strategic and technology advice in advanced M2M (machine-to-machine) and M2P (machine-to-people) environments.
The MWA Intelligence Advisory Board will give advice to MWA Intelligence Executive Management Team on all business, strategic, sales, marketing and technology-related opportunities and possible issues or concerns as they arise. The Advisory Board has a dual role: an internal role to assist in and advise MWAi on new technologies, and an external role to serve as a liaison for MWAi in the marketplace, potentially in many different vertical markets and even a variety of geographical settings.
“As we look at the many business opportunities that lie ahead of us for 2008, we are enthusiastic at the limitless possibilities and proud to have these professionals functioning as ambassadors and advisors of our firm,” continued Stramaglio.
