MWA Intelligence, Inc., Improves Delivery of Workforce Automation & Asset Management Tools to Service Providers

Scottsdale, AZ – June 5, 2006 – MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAI) is a newly created company backed by Opus Acquisitions Group, LLC and Greyrock Capital Group which purchased from Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (EFI) the assets of its Mobile Workforce Automation division. Building on a 14-year history of leadership in field service management and the rapid growth of the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) space, MWAI’s acquisition of these assets responds to companies’ desires to transform their field service operations from a necessary cost center into a revenue generation vehicle and customer retention opportunity.

The focus of MWAI will be to enhance and expand the functionality of modular software solutions that enable service organizations to better manage mobile workers and hardware assets worldwide.

MWA Intelligence solutions include asset and resource management tools and related software, hardware and communication technologies to manage employees, assets and business operations in a more efficient manner. The company’s Intelligent Service and Intelligent Workforce modules enable remote management of mobile workers, dispatch automation, service operation automation, business information reporting for executive management and more. While assets dispersed in customer environments nationwide will be managed through the Intelligent Asset module, where a variety of communication devices gather business-critical information and synchronize it automatically with back-end ERP/CRM systems for meter billing, proactive service and/or remote consumables management.

The entire MWA Intelligence solution suite is supported by a comprehensive Professional Services offering, including advanced end-user training, business process re-engineering, on-site installation, project management and consulting, SOX compliance initiatives, telephony and back-end systems integration, IT security programs and more.
