MWA Intelligence Selected as Preferred Vendor of International Business Products, Inc.

Office equipment dealer buying consortium gains access to remote asset management tools and workforce automation systems at discounted pricing.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ. — March 12, 2007 — MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi), a leader in remote asset management tools and mobile workforce automation systems and services today announced a preferred vendor relationship with International Business Products, Inc. (IBPI), the industry’s largest office equipment dealer buying consortium. IBPI’s Board of Directors agreed to a 3-year contract with MWAi, which will provide its 221 member-dealers with favorable pricing for solutions such as Intelligent Service™, Intelligent Workforce™, Intelligent Device Management™ and MeterAudit™.

MWA Intelligence solutions include asset and resource management tools and related software, hardware and communication technologies to manage employees, assets and business operations more efficiently. The company’s Intelligent Service and Intelligent Workforce modules enable remote management of mobile workers, automate dispatch workflow, streamline service operations and facilitate the exchange of business-critical information and reporting.

Intelligent Device Management allows dealers to remotely monitor, manage and service networked and non-networked copier/printer/multifunctional devices at geographically dispersed customer sites, automatically collecting and billing meter reads, ensuring timely invoicing and reducing lost revenues. In addition, MWAi’s MeterAudit print analysis tool captures print volume and status data — tracked per device — to generate reports that can be used to support the sales process, validating the cost of equipment or the validity of print or document management strategies.
