MWAi Unveils Major Technological Breakthrough With Its Enterprise IDM DC-Mesh Solution

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi), aleader in remote asset management tools and mobile workforce automation systems and services, announced the launch of patent-pending DC-Mesh module of its Enterprise Intelligent Device Management solution suite. The use of this new wireless network topology will not only bolster telemetry M2M (machine-to-machine) asset management capabilities for the office equipment industry, it will also help MWAi clients and their end users reduce wireless communication costs associated with data collection and transmission.

“The release of DC-Mesh not only enables the management of connected and unconnected devices from a single, easy-to-use solution, but it also provides technology that drives down the cost of supporting remote management for unconnected office equipment,” said Ramiro Trevino, Vice President of Engineering of MWAi. “As an example, a customer environment with thousands of connected and unconnected devices can now be managed by one MWAi DC-Mesh solution. All equipment data is aggregated through our DC-PC network software solution as a gateway and delivered in real time to the customer’s back-end ERP/CRM system.”

This powerful announcement is the result of continued and significant R&D investments, major worldwide engineering efforts and months of success with MWAi’s customer pilot-site testing programs. DC-Mesh is the first in a series of announcements on the patent-pending IDM DC-Mesh products. Following the release of IDM Mesh technology with DC-PC transmission gateway, MWAi will launch Mesh data transmission through its DC-G (GSM) module as a gateway.

MWAi’s DC-Mesh solution, also known as DC-M, utilizes a cutting-edge routing algorithm for the collection of invaluable data from unconnected equipment that is aggregated through MWAi’s DC-PC application. DC-Mesh efficiently monitors unconnected devices spread throughout the enterprise and significantly reduces the “noise and dead spots” that may negatively impact the ongoing performance of wireless solutions in some departments, buildings or geographic areas.
