OfficeMax Named the 2009 Recipient of The UHC Service Excellence Supplier Award
Naperville, IL (April 22, 2009) The University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) and Novation, the healthcare industry's leading contracting services company, announced today that OfficeMax Incorporated , a leader in office products and services, is the 2009 recipient of UHC Service Excellence Supplier Award most notably as Supplier of the Year. The UHC Service Excellence Supplier Award recognizes outstanding contributions from suppliers.
UHC and Novation present the award to a supplier that provides exceptional support and commitment toward helping members achieve their supply chain goals. Candidates for the award are recommended and selected by UHC members and Novation's senior leadership team based on support of UHC and Novation, responsiveness to staff and members, and contract administration compliance criteria.

To determine the finalists, UHC members are surveyed and asked to recommend suppliers and distributors that represent the highest standards in service, responsiveness, and meeting member needs. Once the member evaluations were received, UHC and Novation senior management selected OfficeMax as Supplier of the Year based on the aforementioned criteria.
