OMD Releases Sales-On-The-Go
OMD Corporation, a provider of business software solutions and dealership automation, announced the release of OMD Sales On-The-Go, a wireless product that provides direct and seamless integration into the OMD Software for accessing and updating information from the OMD Sales Force Automation module.
OMD President Donna McAnany states “Imagine the possibilities of untethering your sales team by providing them access to important customer and prospect information in a wireless environment. For example, at a customer’s office they will be able to provide complete and accurate sales history and purchasing trends, along with up-to-date service history and average copy volumes, all necessary information at their fingertips to complete the sale.”
OMD Sales On-The-Go provides live, real-time access to information in OMD Sales Force Automation, including the ability to access and update the following: contact calendar, profile information, marketing demographics, contact personnel, equipment and contracts, lead source activity, customer purchase history, customer service history, sales projections, contact history, and comments/notes. All of this and more are accessed live, providing sales, administration, and management all of the necessary information available in real time for forecasting, account status, and ordering.
In addition, OMD Sales Force Automation provides sales management reports on sales activity and productivity, including up to date information on appointments, demos, and proposals all at the manager’s fingertips.
OMD Sales On-The-Go is available now to enable the dealer’s sales force to have complete and accurate information when they need it.
