Optical Image Technology Hires Additional Technical Staff
State College, PA (August 13, 2008) – Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT) announces the addition of three members to its staff. Jason Davoli, Shashank Khandelwal, and Aaron Ehrensberger have been added to the customer service and development teams, adding specialized expertise to those areas of the company.
Aaron Ehrensberger, who joined OIT as a software architect on August 1, is the newest addition to the staff. Aaron is an accomplished software engineer who is an adept developer in multiple programming languages. He specializes in J2EE object-oriented design and analysis, and has extensive experience in the full life-cycle of the software design process. Prior to joining OIT, Aaron was a software engineer for the Applied Research Laboratory of The Pennsylvania State University, Celero Technologies, and Raytheon. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in computing and information science with highest honors from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, with minors in business management and industrial relations.
Shashank Khandelwal, a software developer for OIT who joined the company in July, was previously a software engineer at New Pig Corporation in Tipton, Pennsylvania. He has a strong background in web-based software development using technologies such as Java/J2EE, Python and PHP. Shashank also served previously as a software engineer in the vacation packages team at Orbitz Worldwide. He holds a Masters in computer science from the University of Iowa as well as a B.S. in computer sciences and a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Jason Davoli, a Technical Support Analyst at OIT, joined the staff in May. He comes to OIT from Sun Home Health, where he served as an applications database administrator for one year. Jason was previously employed by Bloomsburg University and the Contract Dispute Resolution Center of the Defense Contract Management Agency for the Department of Defense. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania, where he received his bachelor’s degree in computer information science.
