The program, which is the only authorized service program available today in the USA, is available as of June1, 2009 via PCCNA's elite nationwide network of value-added office equipment resellers.
The new offerings meld training, installation, maintenance and repair modules into comprehensive, highly scalable packages that can include on-site service contracts, over-night exchanges, depot warranty upgrades and professional installation, maintenance and operator orientation services.1
