PHSI Expands Staff to Facilitate Rapid Growth
In addition to rapid growth within its established Pure Water Technology and Purlogix divisions, PHSI has expanded its presence and commitment to the European market with the recent opening of its European business division, incorporated in Waregem, Belgium under the name PHSI Europe. Simultaneously, PHSI introduced a new point-of-use purification cooler product line, Interpure. The Interpure 1 system was designed by PHSI specifically for the European market with the input of European POU professionals. This collaboration resulted in a system with a smaller footprint and a sleeker cabinet than previous models.
To facilitate continued growth, several staff positions have been added. PHSI is proud to announce the appointment of the following experienced professionals to these key positions:
Stefaan Wallaert has been appointed as PHSI Europe's Business Manager and will be responsible for overseeing sales and service activities of its European division. Mr. Wallaert graduated from Catholic University College of Bruges - Ostend with a Bachelor's in Electro Mechanical Engineering and following his graduation became a team leader in design, engineering and production with Tanghe corporation. After his success with Tanghe corporation, Mr. Wallaert began a career in the field of sales with Emac corporation and was awarded "sales engineer of the year" during his second year. Mr. Wallaert was then hired by Danfoss Corporation, an international corporation as sales manager for their Industrial automation division and was responsible for doubling sales revenues within 5 years.
Bruce Wyble has taken on the position of Western Regional Sales Manager for PHSI's Purlogix division. Mr. Wyble brings over 30 years of sales and customer service experience to PHSI. Mr. Wyble previously owned and operated 2 successful contracting firms specializing in custom residential and commercial products in the Southern California area. Leaving Southern California and moving his family to Northern Idaho in the early 90's, Bruce entered the technology industry as Account Manager selling insurance automation software to small and medium sized agencies. Mr. Wyble was then recruited as VP of Sales for a medical supply company, managing 16 sales representatives to over 1000 medical companies. Bruce has successfully completed sales training courses with Decision Dynamics 1979; Zig Zigler: 1983; Tom Hopkins: 1987; and D.E.I. Steve Schiffman 2000.
Mark Holsclaw has joined the company as Northeast Regional Manager for its Pure Water Technology® division. Mr. Holsclaw will be responsible for all dealer sales and training as well as dealer recruitment in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Mark has over 25 years of sales/management experience starting with 7 years of selling office equipment after graduating from the University of Louisville. After that, he sold for an Everpure distributor for 10 years followed by being a Regional Sales Manager for EcoWater for 3 years. Most recently, Mark was the National Sales Manager for Hague Quality Water responsible for all dealer sales in the US for 3 1/2 years. When not traveling, Mark lives in Louisville KY with his wife and 3 children.
Jason M. Yarnes has accepted the position of Technical Service Manager with PHSI where he will provide service training and support for the Pure Water Technology® dealer network. Mr. Yarnes was born and grew up in Western New York. There he attended primary school and college. After college Jason moved to Nashville, TN where he met his wife, Lisa. In 2001 Jason took a position as a service technician with a local POU water dealer. During the next four years he worked his way up to service manager of both the commercial and residential divisions. He also achieved Certified Water Specialist level II through the Water Quality Association. Jason then took a position with Pure Beverage Systems to manage the service department in the newly formed Nashville branch as well as the existing Florida and Rhode Island locations. When Pure Beverage Nashville was acquired by Pure Water Tech Enterprises, Jason became Operations Manager for their three offices, and also attained his CWS-III status.
