Print Audit Announces DocuAudit Integration with Facilities Manager
Calgary, Alberta (June 16, 2008) - Print Audit, The Print Management Company, announced today that it has partnered with DocuAudit International, a software provider that enables sales consultants to produce detailed document assessments.
Print Audit offers a full suite of powerful print management tools that assist office equipment providers in selling more hardware, supplies and services. Print Audit's Facilities Manager is an easy-to-use software program designed to let dealers remotely collect meter reads, automate supply needs, and report service information for managing fleets of copiers, printers, fax machines and multi-function devices.
DocuAudit 2007 is a user-friendly software tool which produces efficient document assessments. It analyzes a business's system to create cost-per-page scenarios that then get outputted into a customizable proposal template.
The information that Facilities Manager gathers from print devices can now quickly import into the DocuAudit 2007 Software. With the data collected by Facilities Manager, DocuAudit allows dealers to highlight the exact cost of printing, copying, scanning and faxing for their customers. DocuAudit can also automatically generate proposals using this data, which can be presented to a dealer's clients.
