Print Audit Integrates to eCopy for Automated Scan Tracking
Calgary, Alberta--Print Audit, a
leading print management software developer, has announced an integrated
software solution that enables professional services firms to automate the
tracking of document scanning. The Print Audit 5 Connector for eCopy ShareScan
OP allows organizations to manage report and recover costs when scanning
documents on behalf of their clients.
"We are always seeking new and innovative ways to simplify the lives of our customers," said John MacInnes, President and CEO of Print Audit. "This software will provide them with a common billing interface for all their printing, photocopying and scanning needs."
Print Audit 5 is a comprehensive client-based tracking solution that is used to analyze, reduce and recover costs associated with printing and plotting. The program can track printing to all networked, local and direct to IP printers. It also has the ability to track photocopying using Print Audit's Copy Audit terminal.

"By creating a single integration to our Open Platform Architecture, Print Audit has made it possible for customers to track scans on any of the multifunction products (MFPs) that eCopy supports."
