Ormond Beach, FL (May/June 2009) – Steve Rolla, a Document Imaging Industry expert in Managed Print Services, has joined Print Management Solutions Group, a partnership of Learning Outsource Group and BEI Pros, headquartered in Ormond Beach Florida. Steve has been advising manufacturers and dealers on the startup and development of successful MPS programs in recent months, prior to this new association. Steve also spent 15 years as the President and CEO of various IKON and Global Imaging Systems companies where he developed his own Managed Print Services model to achieve a base of 3000 installed printers in 18 months. In addition to this, Steve’s organization’s have achieved operating income in excess of 20%, acquired and merged three companies in upstate New York, and reversed the losses of a $100 million dollar dealership from $25 million to a $3 million profit in New York City. His organizations have received numerous awards including President of the Year from IKON in 1996 and the Chairman’s Award at Global Imaging Systems in 2002.
Steve’s role at PMSG will be working with organizations on the front end to design a customized comprehensive MPS program, recommend appropriate training and skills development tools, and then follow up the training in the field to insure the ongoing success of the program.
