PrintFleet Inc. and Partners Launch The PrintFleet User Group
Ontario, Canada – PrintFleet Inc., a global leader in managed print software and supporting professional development services, has announced the launch of a new industry wide initiative: The PrintFleet User Group.
The PrintFleet dealer network has recently surpassed 300 active independent dealerships using the software technology to remotely monitor and manage their client imaging environments. PrintFleet is also averaging 250 new Data Collector Agents installed and 2,000 printing devices monitored at end user sites each day. This growth prompted the company to explore additional vehicles to further support their customer base, and subsequently the concept of a User Group network was launched earlier this year.
“Our growth and acceptance in the marketplace is solely due to our ability to not only offer a technically robust software application, but more importantly, to offer a strategic implementation plan for dealerships to gradually build this software into their core business processes. Without this training and support”, stated Norman McConkey, President and CEO of PrintFleet, “our dealerships will stumble with the execution of their program. We’ve always known that it is not just about the software. This is about understanding each dealership’s unique objectives for their program, then leveraging the software to cater to these objectives. One size does not fit all with print management and our experience has shown us that.”
The User Group is driven by a PrintFleet selected Board of Directors, comprised of PrintFleet distribution partners and Enterprise dealerships. This Board of 7 executives brings a mix of technical, sales, marketing and executive business management insight to the group. Each has been selected due to their dedication, enthusiasm and vision, which they lend to their respective companies and the imaging industry as a whole.
The primary purpose of the Board of Directors is to work with the member network and liaise directly with the PrintFleet executive team to establish User Group direction, promote membership and ensure a healthy flow of communication between the member network and PrintFleet Inc.

The PrintFleet User Group will offer dealer members the ability to share best practices on system implementation and strategy, influence product stewardship with PrintFleet Inc. and leverage the collective experience, products and services between dealerships.
