PrintFleet Inc. Announces its Intent to Establish PrintFleet Europe
Ontario, Canada—PrintFleet Inc., a global leader in managed print software and supporting professional development services, has announced its intent to establish direct operations within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Previously PrintFleet has engaged in a partnership / distribution approach to the European market. Based on recent customer demand and requirements for print management beyond a stand-alone software package, PrintFleet has determined a strategy of more direct engagement is required in order to ensure customers and partners are supported with the entire "PrintFleet experience".
"We are setting up an independent operation which will deliver the same world class software, technical support and training, sales development training, marketing strategy development and ongoing account management support," stated Norman McConkey, President and CEO of PrintFleet Inc. "Over the past 5 years we have built a sustainable and competitive business model which has helped increase sales and create operational efficiencies for hundreds of dealerships within North America. We plan to execute this winning formula in EMEA."
Dennis Kramer, a 20-year veteran within the technology industry and who has sold PrintFleet software throughout the EMEA market to flagship dealerships, will take on the responsibility in assisting with staffing and the introduction of PrintFleet to key customers within the region. Dennis will be based out of the new PrintFleet European office location in the Netherlands.
Mr. Kramer brings to PrintFleet a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. He has held senior sales and marketing positions with various market leading companies including Adobe Europe and EFI Europe and has been actively selling fleet management solutions since 2002. "I am exited to become part of this very professional organization. PrintFleet has by far the most technically robust, well-rounded offering and I am very confident that with PrintFleet our clients can more easily roll out a fleet management solution that will grow their business, effectively streamline their operation, while at the same time providing unique end-customer value," stated Mr. Kramer.
To help further propel the Europe program forward, PrintFleet plans to add additional business development, marketing and technical support personnel throughout the various local EMEA markets over the next 90 days. Any current PrintFleet customers within the EMEA region are asked to contact PrintFleet world headquarters directly to learn more about how they will benefit from the new initiative.
