PrintFleet Releases Next Generation of PrintFleet Optimizer Remote Monitoring Software

PrintFleet Inc., a global leader in print management and assessment software, recently released the much anticipated PrintFleet Optimizer v.2.0. Along with a completely revamped user interface, this next generation of PrintFleet Optimizer technology includes existing feature enhancements that enable dealerships to better manage and administer their accounts from a central, easily accessible web console.

Among the over 200 hundred new enhancements, highlights of PrintFleet Optimizer v.2.0 include:
Robust reporting engine
Choose from over 20 custom reports such as page count by device, manufacturer breakdown and managed vs. unmanaged page volume. Reports are combined and auto generated into a dealer branded PDF template and emailed to clients, dealer sales reps or sales managers.
Instant Data Collector Agent Install
A ground breaking addition. Leveraging Microsoft® ClickOnce deployment technology, a Data Collector Agent (DCA) can be instantaneously emailed out and downloaded at a client site in less then 1 minute. DCA activation codes can also be generated directly within the PrintFleet Optimizer application.

Tailored Alerting
Intelligent alerting profiles allowing for granular error, supplies and service alerts and customized email alert layout. Define which data fields you want included or excluded, by user and/or client site.

Advanced Meter Export
Bi-directional multi-meter and data export into various back office ERP systems.
User Interface
The revamped interface offers a fresh, new layout, featuring customized screen views through drag and drop selection areas and a search function that allows for retrieval of data from a specific device, account or user, across the dealers entire database. Overall, this offers faster access to data with ease of navigation through the system.
