Smithtown, NY (July, 2009) announced plans for a new webinar series designed to help dealers confront and handle issues that affect the productivity and efficiency of their operations and administration.
Dealer Talk is a free educational program available to dealer owners, principals and senior executives who are interested in improving the conditions of their businesses. Presented by Jim Kahrs, President and Founder of Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc., the series starts July 23, 2009 with a two-hour webinar “How to Create Incentive Programs for Admin and Service Staff” (Noon EST).
“Many dealers struggle with creating incentive programs for people who are not in sales,” Kahrs said. “Implementing a workable incentive program is easier than you may think, and we take this up in our presentation with several examples that come right out of real world situations. So it pays for a principal or senior manager to cut an hour or two from their schedule to participate in this session.”
