Prosperity Plus Offers Employee Testing That Takes Guesswork Out of Hiring


Smithtown, NY (Dec 2009) – Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. is offering a suite of employee testing series that help dealerships hire and appoint personnel based on more educated decisions and objective data.

The program is actually a suite of tests that establish a profile of the candidate being interviewed and considered for any post within the dealership. The system helps principals and owners who want to generate more success with truly qualified employees and grow the business without being set back by bad selections that waste valuable time, cost and effort.

Prosperity Plus provides the service in a series of three tests:

1-Personnel Potential Analysis (PPA) Test

The Personnel Potential Analysis is the focal point of the testing system. This 200-question test provides a numeric score in 10 different key areas related to job performance and success. Prosperity Plus reviews the results with the dealership and relates the data to the exact job for which the candidate is being hired.

2-Intelligence Quotient (IQ)- Test

The second test in the series is the IQ Test. This 80-question test presents the person’s IQ, which is a measure of his/her ability to solve problems. As with the PPA exam, Prosperity Plus reviews individual scores and relates them to the level of job performance the dealer may expect from the new employee.

3) Aptitude Test

The aptitude test is designed to measure a person’s ability to read, understand and follow directions. This 11-question, timed test predicts the candidate’s ability to do as they are told or if he/she will make consistent mistakes.
