Ricoh Partners with nQueue to Offer Cost Recovery Solution for Law Firms

Ricoh Corporation announced that nQueue, a Phoenix-based information accountability solutions provider for law firms, has joined Ricoh’s Alliance Program. As part of this alliance, Java-enabled Ricoh multifunctional devices will now be equipped to support nQueue technology that can streamline cost-recovery processes for law firms.

After joining the Ricoh Developer Program in April of 2005, nQueue began working on the development of the Embedded Software Architecture Developer Kit, an expandable Java-technology-based software program that facilitates the integration of nQueue applications within Ricoh multifunctional devices.

With nQueue software, which is compatible with all Java-enabled multifunctional devices, Ricoh multifunctional devices are able to provide full featured cost capture and analysis of transactions, without a hardware solution.

"nQembedded" is an embedded software solution that provides complete cost recovery for multifunctional devices without the need for a dedicated terminal. This technological advancement functions directly within any Java-enabled Ricoh Multifunction Device and is a revolutionary solution that streamlines operations and reduces total cost of ownership by providing access to a single device for cost recovery.
