Rj Young Company Awards John T. Crunk Leadership Award and Branch of the Year


Chattanooga, Tenn. (February 2009) – The RJ Young Company is pleased to announce Keith Burrell, Chattanooga Sales Manager, as the recipient of the John T. Crunk Leadership Award and Chattanooga as Branch of the Year.

“The John T. Crunk Leadership Award his is the highest honor within our company, given to a deserving employee who exhibits outstanding leadership traits and performance during the year and Keith certainly earned this recognition,” said Chip Crunk President of RJ Young.

Keith began his career as a Service Manager twelve years ago and recently accepted a new challenge crossing over to the role of Sales Manager for Chattanooga and Rome. “Keith began rebuilding his team and at the end of his first full year, his area showed a 12% increase in total revenue. He exhibits model behavior for a manager and has assisted greatly in the development of his team. It is obvious that the entire team in the Chattanooga and Rome respects his leadership,” said Hunter McCarty COO RJ Young.

It is through this leadership and teamwork that the Chattanooga Branch has been recognized as Branch of the Year. “I would have to say that this branch is the “poster child” for cooperation and teamwork between sales, service, and operations. The members of the branch truly embrace the teamwork approach as well as doing things together as a branch. They just seem to enjoy their work and working together,” said Hunter McCarty COO RJ Young Company.
