S. Trendler Acquires Trety USA (compatible toner products)

Green Cove Springs, FL (July 2009) - Stephen Trendler, Partner and Managing Director of Trety USA, has acquired 100% ownership of Trety USA LLC for an undisclosed amount in a private transaction. Trety USA was founded in 1999 by Trendler and 3 partner/investors which included European partner Trety Ltd.

Trety USA provides compatible copier toner to a national copier dealer network. Product lines cover most major OEM copier equipment including Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera,Mita, Copystar, Toshiba, Kyocera/Mita, Canon, Sharp and Konica/Minolta products.

“This acquisition will be a seamless transaction and will be business as usual for us and our customers other than seeing us operating with a new name”, according to Stephen Trendler. “There will be no plans in changing what we know already works so well. I have been a stockholder/partner and Managing Director for the entire business from day one and will continue in that capacity as President/CEO.”

Trety USA will continue to market its high end compatible copier toner products to copier dealers in the U.S with a new company name to be announced at an undisclosed date. Regional shipping points in Florida, the Mid West and the West Coast will remain the same. “We will also continue to introduce new products on an ongoing basis to keep up with new copier equipment that is developed by the major OEM’s, added Trendler, “including color products that are now a major segment of the copier toner market. Other than the eventual new company name, our customer base will see no difference in our way of supplying our high quality products. “
