Sales Management Leadership Training Program by the BTA

Business Technology Association is pleased to announce a new training alliance with Motive8s. Motive8s specializes in sales management training and will be presenting a new Sales Management Leadership Program designed for office technology sales organizations that is highly regarded in the industry as one of the leading sales management training systems.

The program introduces the concepts of a high performance sales culture through a three-day workshop targeted to sales executives (owners, sales vice presidents, managers and supervisors). This is followed-up with four months of individualized, one-hour telephone coaching sessions and access to quarterly web-cast meetings. Veteran Applied Concepts Institute instructor Alex Nicholas is leading the workshop with follow-up coaching and online collaboration provided by Motive8s. This ongoing coaching and collaboration allows for progression and continuous process improvement, thereby improving the return on your training investment and turning your average sales organization into an elite, high-performance sales team.

The inaugural class is scheduled for July 18-20, 2005 in Des Moines, Iowa. Seats are limited and there is a special 20 percent discount for the second or more attending from the same company which is only available for the introductory class. BTA members may use their $150 training voucher toward the tuition.
